Metal Traction Boards

Metal Traction Boards

Get your vehicle out of mud, sand, snow, or ice with XIONGQIAN metal traction boards.

Our boards have strong steel teeth. These teeth bite into the ground. They give you grip when plastic boards fail. We make them from high-strength steel or aluminum.

They resist rust and last for years. You can use them for 4WD, ATV, UTV, and military vehicles. We can customize the size, material, and finish for you.

Product Overview

XIONGQIAN Metal Traction Boards help you recover a stuck vehicle. They work in mud, sand, snow, and ice.

Here is how they work. When a tire spins, you place the board under it. The metal teeth dig into the ground. This gives the tire something to grip. Then the vehicle can drive out. The holes in the board let water and debris drain away. This keeps the surface clear.

Plastic boards wear down when tires spin. Our metal boards do not. The steel teeth stay sharp. They also cut through ice and hard-packed snow. You can repair the teeth on site. Each tooth has a pre-drilled hole. This makes field repair easy.

We make our boards from high-strength steel or aluminum. Thickness ranges from 3.0mm to 8.0mm. The hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated finish protects against rust.

The table below shows the key specifications.
