A Small Story About a Big Change
In another interview, he shared a memory that he still cherishes deeply.
Q: Can you tell us about the moment that changed everything for you?
A: Yes. I still remember it clearly.
I received a phone call from my friend in a small desert town. His voice was tired. He said: “Mr. Chang, every day the wind blows dust into our homes. Our children cannot play outside. Our crops cannot grow. We cannot breathe well. Please, can you help us?”
I listened. And then I acted.
I sent him our windbreak fence. It was not a big order. It was not a lot of money. But it was something.
Q: What happened next?
A: One month later, he called me back. This time, his voice was different. He sounded happy.
He said: “Mr. Chang, you changed our lives. The wind is slower now. The dust is less. My children can play outside again. My plants are growing. We can breathe again. Thank you.”
That phone call touched my heart. I realized: this is not just about selling products. This is about helping people. This is about protecting nature.

A: Four values guide us every day.

The Birth of XIONGQIAN
That mission grew into a company. The company is called XIONGQIAN.
XIONGQIAN started in Anping County, Hebei Province. Anping is called the “Hometown of Wire Mesh” in China. The company was founded in 2016. It began with a small factory and a big dream.
The name XIONGQIAN means something. “XIONG” stands for strength. “QIAN” stands for forward movement. Together, they mean “moving forward with strength.” That is what the company does every day.
What We Do Today
Today, XIONGQIAN makes many products. We make perforated metal sheets. We make wire mesh. We make expanded metal. We make safety grating. We make decorative panels. We make windbreak fences — the very product that started everything.
We have a large factory. We have skilled workers. We have advanced equipment. We are certified with ISO9001. And we serve customers in more than 50 countries.
