Bending & Forming Service
We bend and shape metal into the form you need. You do not need to bend on site. You get precise angles, smooth curves, and a perfect fit. Just send us your drawings, and we handle the rest.
Service Introduction
Bending and forming is the process of shaping flat metal into a three-dimensional form. We do this work in our factory using press brakes and forming machines. Therefore, you do not need to bend metal on site. In addition, you do not need special tools.
We work with many types of metal. This includes perforated sheets, expanded metal, wire mesh, and solid metal sheets. Moreover, we work with different materials – steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel.
We use three main methods. The method depends on your design and your needs. Here are the methods we use:
Press Braking – We use a press brake to bend metal into angles. This method gives sharp, precise bends. Press braking works well for panels, enclosures, and brackets. For example, we can bend metal from 0.5mm to 10mm thick.
Roll Forming – We use rollers to shape metal into curves and profiles. This method gives smooth, continuous bends. Roll forming is ideal for long panels, channels, and tubes. It also works well for large radius curves.
Stamping – We use a stamping press to form metal into shapes. This method is fast and repeatable. Stamping works well for small parts, brackets, and clips. As a result, it is a good choice for large production runs.
After we shape the metal, we check every piece. First, we measure the angles. Then, we check the curves. Finally, we make sure it meets your specifications. After that, we pack it carefully and ship it to you. Your product arrives ready to install.
Typical Applications
FAQ
What materials can you bend and form?
We bend and form steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and other common metals. We also work with perforated sheets, expanded metal, and wire mesh.
What is the maximum thickness you can bend?
For press braking, we can bend metal up to 10mm thick. For roll forming, the thickness depends on the curve radius. Contact us with your specifications for a precise answer.
Can you form curved shapes?
Yes. We use roll forming to create smooth, continuous curves. In addition, we can form large radius curves and cylindrical shapes. Send us your drawings and we will form to your design.
Do you check the angles after bending?
Yes. First, we check every piece after forming. Then, we measure the angles and check the curves. Finally, we make sure it meets your specifications before shipping.
What is the lead time for bending and forming orders?
Most orders take 10 to 20 days. This depends on the quantity and complexity. Contact us for a precise quote.
