Service Introduction
Anodizing is the process of creating a protective oxide layer on aluminum. We do this work in our factory using an electrolytic bath. As a result, you do not need to coat aluminum on site. In addition, you do not need to worry about the coating peeling off. The anodized layer is part of the metal itself.
We work with aluminum products. This includes perforated sheets, expanded metal, wire mesh, panels, frames, and custom structures.
Here is how the process works. First, we clean the aluminum to remove oil and dirt. Then, we place it in an acid bath. We pass an electric current through the bath. This causes oxygen to bond with the aluminum surface. The oxygen forms a hard oxide layer. Finally, we seal the surface to lock in the finish.
We can add color during the process. The color goes into the oxide layer. It does not sit on top. Therefore, the color does not peel or chip. We offer many colors, including clear, black, bronze, gold, blue, and red.
After we finish, we check every piece. First, we check the coating thickness. Then, we check the color. Finally, we make sure it meets your specifications. After that, we pack it carefully and ship it to you.

FAQ
Does anodizing work on all metals?
No. Anodizing works only on aluminum. For steel and stainless steel, we use powder coating or galvanizing instead.
Does the color peel off?
No. The color is inside the oxide layer, not on top. Therefore, it does not peel or chip. It stays part of the metal.
What colors do you offer?
We offer clear, black, bronze, gold, blue, red, and custom colors. The color depends on the anodizing process and the aluminum grade.
How thick is the anodized layer?
The layer is typically 5 to 25 microns thick. For outdoor use, we use 15 to 25 microns. For indoor use, 5 to 15 microns is enough.
What is the lead time for anodizing orders?
Most orders take 10 to 20 days. This depends on the quantity and color. Contact us for a precise quote.
