Service Introduction
Powder coating is the process of applying a dry powder to metal, then heating it to form a hard finish. We do this work in our factory using an electrostatic spray gun and a curing oven. As a result, you do not need to paint metal on site. In addition, you do not need to wait for paint to dry.
We work with many types of metal. This includes steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel. Moreover, we coat perforated sheets, expanded metal, wire mesh, grating, and custom structures.
Here is how the process works. First, we clean the metal to remove oil, dust, and rust. Then, we spray the powder onto the surface. The powder sticks to the metal because of an electric charge. Finally, we heat the metal in an oven. The powder melts and forms a smooth, hard coating.
We can match almost any color. We use the RAL color chart for standard colors. We can also match your brand color. The table below shows common options.
| Powder Type | Best For |
|---|---|
| Polyester Powder | Outdoor use. Good UV resistance. Long-lasting color. |
| Epoxy Powder | Indoor use. Very hard. Good chemical resistance. |
| Polyester-Epoxy Mix | General use. Good balance of hardness and weather resistance. |
After we finish coating, we check every piece. First, we check the color. Then, we check the thickness. Finally, we make sure it meets your specifications. After that, we pack it carefully and ship it to you.
