We add a zinc coating to your metal products. You do not need to worry about rust. You get protection that lasts for decades, even outdoors. Just tell us your needs, and we handle the rest.
Service Introduction
Galvanizing is the process of coating metal with zinc to prevent rust. We do this work in our factory. As a result, you do not need to apply rust protection on site. In addition, you do not need to repaint every few years.
We work with steel and iron products. This includes perforated sheets, expanded metal, wire mesh, grating, frames, posts, and custom structures.
We use two main methods. The method depends on your product and your needs. Here are the methods we use:
Hot-Dip Galvanizing – We dip the metal into molten zinc. This creates a thick, strong coating. The zinc bonds with the steel and forms a protective layer. Hot-dip galvanizing is best for outdoor use. It lasts 30 to 50 years in most environments. For example, we use it for fencing, walkways, and outdoor structures.
Electro-Galvanizing – We use an electric current to apply a thin zinc coating. This method gives a smooth, even finish. Electro-galvanizing is good for indoor use and for products that need a fine appearance. As a result, we use it for decorative panels and indoor frames.
After we finish coating, we check every piece. First, we check the coating thickness. Then, we check for bare spots. Finally, we make sure it meets your specifications. After that, we pack it carefully and ship it to you.
