Machinery Capabilities
Whatever the requirements of your project, Xiongqian has modern, advanced machinery to suit your specifications. Our equipment is capable to perform precision cutting, welding, forming, shaping, shearing, leveling, and punching.
Xiongqian is capable to produce a metal sheet with perforation up to 1″. We can also accommodate materials up to 20ft long and 6ft wide in coils or sheets with a thickness of 14 gauge. Our modern machinery allows us to the perform perforating process in secondary operations.
Modern Equipment
Xiongqian inventory involves thousands of numerous combinations of dies to exceed different perforating projects. We can provide custom tooling for any special needs. Our production detachment has equipment that can quickly fabricate metals based on your exact specifications and tolerances.
Xiongqian is equipped with panel benders, press brakes, and a complete tool collection for custom tooling. We also have laser technology to produce complicated shapes from hard-to-cut materials.
