Perforated Metal Fence By Surface Treatment
Galvanized powder coating is a dual surface treatment process that combines galvanization for anti-corrosion protection with powder spraying for decorative purposes. This technique is widely utilized in industrial, architectural.
Anodizing or chromate pretreatment enhances adhesion, followed by the electrostatic spraying of epoxy/polyester powder (recommended thickness: 70 μm), which is then cured at 200°C to form a wear-resistant coating.
If the stainless steel does not exhibit significant scaling, oil stains, or welding slag during the forming, cutting, or welding processes, and the surface finish meets the required specifications, it can be used directly without any additional treatment.
Hot-Dipped Galvanized: The carbon steel fence is immersed in molten zinc at a temperature of 435–445°C to create a zinc-iron alloy layer (≥50 μm) and a pure zinc layer.
